Marc Moreau
Recruiting Advisor
Marc Moreau brings the perspective of a player, coach, club founder, and parent. A former Division I player at Rutgers and two-time All-American, he has helped guide more than 500 athletes to NCAA lacrosse through his high school and club work. Both his son and daughter played Division I lacrosse, giving him firsthand experience on the family side of recruiting.
Marc founded Leading Edge Athletics and is no longer affiliated with the organization. His experience gives him a firsthand understanding of the club lacrosse landscape and how club, event, and development choices fit into recruiting.
More about Marc +
His high school coaching career includes building the Bernards program, leading St. Joseph Metuchen, and coaching Rumson-Fair Haven. That experience shapes a practical approach: understand the player, be candid about the options, and help the family make informed decisions.

Kyle Lewis
Recruiting Advisor
Kyle played Division III lacrosse at the University of Lynchburg, earning USILA Honorable Mention All-America recognition twice, before transferring to Ohio State to compete at the Division I level. He also brings coaching experience across club programs, high school teams, and individual instruction.
Kyle helps families think through playing level, player development, and the transition to college lacrosse. His experience across two NCAA divisions adds another perspective to a recruiting plan built around the athlete.

Marc and Kyle bring their experience together to help families make informed decisions about development, school fit, and the recruiting process. A good college match should support the person as much as the player.
The player stays at the center of the process, with a family and an experienced advisor supporting each step.

THE QUESTIONS FAMILIES ASK
A few things
to know.
Do we need to know which division is right?+
No. We can start with your academic interests, current game, and preferences, then explore a range of programs. The goal is a balanced search grounded in fit.
Can we start with one conversation?+
Yes. A focused strategy session can help you organize your questions and identify what to do next. Ongoing advising is an option when your family needs more continuity. Scope and fees are agreed before work begins.
Do you work with high school teams and clubs?+
Yes. Team and parent sessions can be tailored to the questions your program is hearing, including school research, communication, film, and the family’s role.
Can you help with a transfer or fifth-year search?+
We can discuss program fit, academic goals, and how to organize the search. Eligibility, transfer requirements, and admissions must be confirmed with the relevant college and compliance staff.
Does consulting guarantee a commitment or scholarship?+
No. Colleges make admissions, roster, and financial aid decisions. Our work is to improve your preparation, perspective, and decision-making throughout the process.
How do we arrange a consultation?+
Use the form below or email our team. Share your main questions and a few times that work for you. We’ll follow up to discuss the right support, scope, and fees.
